"It was a decent hotel to stay in for an extended amount of time. Breakfast was the same everyday, but it was plentiful. Enough options so I wasn't eating the same thing every day. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it is next to the highway, very little highway noise. Location was convenient to the hospital, Newburgh, UE, mall. Good amount of parking. Largest complaint was the issue of noise within the building....very thin walls to the point that I heard neighbors' TVs. It seemed like everyone around me slammed their doors every time they went in/out or the doors just slam every time they are shut. This woke me up every night I was there. I could hear every conversation of people walking down the hallway and the sounds of kids running in the room next to me. Not the best hotel I have stayed in in this area, but very definitely not the worst."

"The hotel was nice, a little dated, but had been renovated. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Breakfast was not great. I got a container of yogurt that had expired 9 days earlier. The carton of milk i got was expiring that day. My husband got a sausage patty, which made him sick later in the day. Our room was quiet, which was nice. Not sure we would stay there again."

"They were remodeling which was very much needed but the parking lot was blocked off with heavy equipment, many contractor trucks and trailers, 2 large reach booms, and tape. The hallways were full of old furniture and new boxes of furniture, the bed sheets and blankets were nasty and discolored, and the room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The door made a very loud pop when opened. I will NEVER stay at that Comfort Inn again."

"Mike who i assume is the property manager was absolutely amazing, and the housekeeper Stephanie was very professional and respectful."

"Parking was easy and it was pet friendly, but the walls were nasty. The shower was nasty. There was burning marks on the sheet. There was mold on the ceiling above the toilet."
