"The receptionist attitude was bad! We have arrived at ~1:00 PM and try to check-in. The receptionist said, 'Your room is not ready, check-in at 5:00 pm." (Really?) We asked if we could leave luggage at the lobby or somewhere. They said 'No'. We asked that where I could put the luggage, 'in your car.', replied. What? do you believe this? The room had mosquitos! - Window has no screen. The room has no air conditioning. Other than that, everything else seems fine. I will not go to the same...

"We loved our stay at La Jacotière! The location is perfect, a quick walk to the Mont-Saint-Michel parking area and restaurants, with a beautiful view of the abbey across the fields. We especially enjoyed taking our breakfast picnic out back and soaking in the view. A peaceful, charming place to stay, and we would happily return."

"Fast check in, very through information about the hotel, friendly receptionist. The room is clean and doesn't smell."

"The room I booked is not for accessible type but I got this. It doesn’t have on the description. Feel like staying in the hospital. Breakfast is not good and won’t plan for any future trips"

"We really liked our room, a good size, clean and a nice view from the window. The only downside was the sound of traffic bumping over the tracks at the railway crossing and the traffic headlights shining in the window at night. Depending on the room position, it could be a problem for light sleepers. Otherwise the location cannot be beaten. Train and bus right across the road."
