"There was a problem in my room with the TV not working, and the front desk person really went out of her way to help with the problem. She ultimately decided that the best solution would be to just put me in a different room (and in the process, actually upgraded me to a much larger room!). She didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. And she even helped me move all of my belongings! Breakfast was the average hotel fare, but food was fresh and coffee was good. Room was very clean. I was very happy with the staff. Super friendly....everyone I encountered!"

"Exceptionally clean room. Be aware though that although this room contains a stove top and full size fridge, there are no utensils, dishes, glasses, or flatware. If you are staying for an extended period, it's not a big deal to purchase your own. For one or two night stays, seems kind of pointless. Clean (as previously mentioned) and comfortable room. I particularly like the satellite TV menu and spent a leisurely late afternoon/evening watching three movies on BBC America. This is my new go to location for one or two night stays in Beaver County. "
