The only think I have to say negative was the hotel entry doors seemed to be inoperative so they were fairly difficult to open and I’m a pretty big dude. Other than that wonderful stay. "Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Housekeeping came by first morning- said they would come back with towels. Never got clean towels and had to go ask both evenings. Breakfast was good with variety. Heat was difficult to work. Given the cost, would NOT stay here again- . "

"This is the second time we've stayed here...for a reason. Not only is it one of the most quirky, yet somehow elegant and refined, properties we've ever been in, but the staff are super friendly and helpful, they have a system dialed in that doesn't seem to skip a beat. I do wish there were coffeemakers in the rooms (you can get one by request) as I'm a frazzled useless lump of dump before my caffeine fix and wouldn't want to have to subject myself to any humanoids before it, but, well, luckily I have a wife who's a morning person and was happy to hop and skip her way to the coffee-station for me. The property itself is gorgeous, the rooms are very unique and comfortable, and the location can't really be beat for a downtown spot to stay. We will be back..."
