The room is in a very good condition, comfortable with plenty of space. The view is excellent. Reception is locating at the beach side and slightly hard to find from the road / parking side. However, the staff was super friendly and helpful, guiding me to park the car and escort me all the way. Nice breakfast included corporate with the restaurant near by. A great stay, and I will definately visit again for a longer stay.

Finding the reception area was a challenge! Once we did find it, by following footsteps painted on the dark, poorly lit parking garage floor, there was no one to greet us for several minutes. The room was dated, with well worn furniture. The bed was created by pushing two twin beds together. The mattress was exceptionally hard. The view, however, it was stunning.
This is the shower with the curtain in place, allowing the bather some privacy

When we reached the property, they said they were overbooked and thus gave us a non sea facing small room which was on the back side while we had booked a big sea view apartment with kitchen, two toilets etc. Also the room was much smaller as it was just for two people while we had booked apartment for 4, so they squeezed us in a room unauthorised for 4 people. We had no option to take it in the peak season. The next day they shifted us to the original apartment we had booked but they refused to compensate or charge lesser for the first day/night which was a washaway for us. They said they do not care about the booking we did as they get most of their bookings direct and were ok even if their account was terminated by the site. If they keep their promise then the property is good and if you get a sea view room then only take it, else you can get stuck as the management will not listen to anything and will not care. I think the owner does not manage the property and the people who manager are rather rude and do not care about customer loyalty or any promise.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Nice location and fantastic sea view. However not the star rating shown on hotels.com, no more than maximum three stars. Quite run down overall impression, with messy lobby and dark, dirty corridors. Room with lots of stains on carpet and sofa. Breakfast ok, was included and would not have paid for it.

Beim Checkin gab es Irritationen wegen dem Vorbesitzer / Betreiber und meiner Buchung. Die Damen am Checkin haben superprofessionell, liebenswert und ruhig reagiert trotz des Stress. Die Lage ist ein Traum und meine Deluxe-Suite war einfach toll. Frühstück gab es im bezaubernden Nachbarrestaurant Capri, das tolles Ambiente und Ausblick und lieben Service bot. Ich bekam sogar extra Gebäck. Alles in allem haben die aktuellen Betreiber mit Altlasten zu kämpfen. Da jedoch stets auf Alles eingegangen wurde und superfreundlich reagiert wurde war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Auch der Expediaservice war einsame Spitze und hat beim Checkin mega geholfen. Ein mega Strandurlaub.
