"We had to wait a while for our room to be ready. Even though there were lots of staff on the front desk, it didn't appear that they there were all working together effectively. Our room had a large wet patch near the TV but after waiting to get the room, we couldn't be bothered to go down and get it sorted. The shower glass was very dirty but all else ok. "Small rooms with low ceilings in a great location. The hotel lobby and staff are excellent and they accommodate me with early check in at 8:30 am! Hard to beat that level of flexibility!"
