"Check-in was smooth. Champagne and Boston Cream Pie were delivered to our room the first night! All the staff were extremely helpful with our navigating Boston for the first time. Francesco in The Last Hurrah bar was a charm. I won't soon forget the Black Manhattan or our conversation."

"Beautiful hotel in a very central location, it was easy to walk everywhere. The staff were all super friendly and professional. We had an issue with our mattress and the front desk staff were very accommodating and we were able to switch rooms. They do have to address the issue with their mattresses though, as they are too soft and need to be replaced."

"Very clean! Helpful front desk. Great lobby, interesting hotel design. Beds very comfortable. AC was strong! Bit confusing to find our way around but that is only complaint. Note that the parking is before the hotel on the same side of the street. Without the hotel staff telling us exactly where to go, we never would’ve found it. It was a 20 minute walk to Fenway. So for us, it was a perfect location less expensive than staying closer to the park. Definitely would recommend!"

"Room was clean but definitely needed an update, there were so many chips in the paint everywhere but I get that’s how it is! Checkout was at 11AM next morning and at 10:50 an alarm was activated thot the hotel telling guest to stay put. Definitely super offsetting so I waited 20 minutes with no update on the intercoms the fore called the front desk which was pretty dismissive of the whole situation and said you’re fine to come out but have no explanation on why the warning went off."
