"This place was so gross and not well-maintained. Breakfast tasted awful. Location was scary. Smell of weed in the elevators. The only upside was the pool and hot tub. Do not stay here."

"The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay."

"The front desk Clerks was so friendly when we checked in and all the staff was out standing. The only thing I didn't like is the hot spa was full of children but that wasn't the Hotel doing. So I can't blame them for that."
