"The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The parking was excellent. But the generous aspect of the hotel outside the room was not so good. The elevator floor was dirty. The breakfast was not very good and their hotel was etc.. Need to be redone."

When I arrived to get my room, the owners said they never received the reservation request (even though I paid up front and had confirmation of the reservation) and did not have any rooms available, so that left me scrambling to find lodging at the last minute.
