"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

"I enjoyed a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed in a quiet room. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was good--as usual. The hotel is conveniently located just off the I-57 at Bradley, and a Cracker Barrel is nearby. There is also a Denny's a few blocks away....plus quite a few other varied dining options."

"This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. "

"My room was a big as an Apartment! The Breakfast cook Jose is great, glad to call him friend! Staff keep you happy and smiling . I’m gonna miss this place when I go home. Thank you, Joe, Jaden, Janice - and Melissa for making it such a great time. Convenient bar/restaurant downstairs with great host! Five Stars All Day… A Must stay in Kankakee! "

"I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!"
