"Horrible stay. Got a king suite and pull out bed. Pull out bed didn’t have any sheets, had to ask but then the duvet had blood stain. Got a new duvet and had to put it into the cover but the cover had hair inside. Fast forward to third day and then we ended up with an ant infestation, ants migrating through baseboards and carpet. "Air Conditioner in the main bedroom was not adjustable as the buttons were not working and was showing "re" sign. It stopped working around 11 pm at night during our bedtime as we were so tired, we used the ac in the hall and kept the bedroom doors open to maintain the cooling in the room. It was frankly not a good experience for the premium hotel like Staybridge suites."
