"El trato muy personal, el lugar espectacular, pero el hecho de estar en un piso superior sin ascensor y sin ayuda para subir el equipaje, si fue fuerte."

"What a charming place. The location is perfect inside of the ruins, close to main plaza. Free and 24hr parking. The price incredible. For being in the middle of town, it was not loud and the rooms were dark in the morning so you can sleep in. Definitely adds to feeling you are back into the 16th Century."

"The hotel is surrounded by nature and ideal for people who enjoy peace and quiet. Also ideal for those travelling with pets. The restaurant serves good food and hotel staff where very friendly. Our room was clean and had comfy beds. On-site parking available. Only downside was an 'occasional' stench in the room from the drains."

"We expected a balcony but didn't have one and hotel was full so couldn't change room. Room very small. There wasn't any details in the room about information of the hotel.
Service at the bar was slow, however prices very reasonable.
We were shocked at the litter and dog mess surrounding the Parador hotel and castle. On walking down to Jaen town - the route was quite disgusting!
We stayed three nights and understand know why most people stay one night."
