"I stayed in the Cabins. And it was awesome! The room was sprayed with some type of cologne which was nice to smell upon entering it. It had robes and rubber sandals, but no ironing board or steamer. There was a safe though along with a Bluetooth clock stereo. The bed was more in the soft side but the pillows they had were extra fluffy. "The hotel and room were pretty clean. Bed sheet had a light stain. Refrigerator didn't work too well, so beverages kept inside weren't really cold. Glad we didn't have any food with us. "Easy checkin and checkout. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and more spacious than other Alofts. I was able to checkin early. The lobby area was showing wear. Fabric on couch was stained and needs update. Bar service available at sister property adjacent to Aloft when I returned around 10:30pm.. No self service bar area. Parking was fine."

"Well maintained and staffed. A bit tricky to get to from certain directions. Breakfast was pretty mundane and on Sunday morning, it was pretty much decimated by 845am. Apparently they weren't prepared to keep up with all the youth soccer players staying at the hotel. Some items restocked by 915 but still on sparse side"

"Parking was easy and we skipped breakfast. The shower did not work in the double bedroom, but the staff was able to accommodate us with the use of a shower in a vacant room. She was professional. Also, the last trips through Expedia has landed me into a handicap room. I am not handicap. This is my main gripe!

"our room had been cleaned so all used towels were taken but not restocked. we were left with ONE towel for us to use…. We had planned on going to the pool. we asked the receptionist if we could have some more towels sent to our room. It took them hours to bring us ONE extra towel. by then we didn’t have any time to enjoy the pool as we had other things to do later that night. thankfully it was only two of us staying in the room so if you know you’ll need extra towels ask ahead or bring your own....
