When it comes to laundry, we take no shortcuts and employ a certified third party provider to ensure they deliver the quality you deserve. However if some linen have been discolored due to excessive cleaning they might appear to be non hygienic but rest assured they are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before delivery to ensure they are clean and hypoallergenic before being used. Despite that we will reiterate our commitment and reconcile obligations to that end and we hope to see you again to share with you the standards you expect.

It was unfortunate that you witnessed internet outages as we had to rely on our backup services until the problem was repaired.
