Beautiful hotel, they did a lovely job renovating an old building. Beds are very comfortable. Welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast with lots of options, and the bar/restaurant downstairs is a cute spot for dinner or a drink in the evening too.
This is a wonderful boutique hotel. I spent 4 fantastic days in Beirut, and the hotel offered all the comfort I needed. The staff is incredibly welcoming, helpful, charming . The rooms are huge and comfortable, splendid marble bathrooms. I think of it as a second home, not an anonymous hotel. Iyt is new, so i wish it a lot of success in years to come.

Super cosy new boutique hotel still new with still minor improvements still to be done. But will definitely come back.
Beautiful design, superb details, and marble finishes. The mattress and bed are top comfort. The staff is friendly. The location is central. The food selection and presentation are good; the only problem it was too salty. Another small issue that surprised me, I was given a price for a taxi ride by the hotel receptionist, but after I took the ride, the taxi driver asked for a higher fee. I informed the hotel about this, asking for clarifications, but they never answered me back.
Rooms are so clean, staff are the best, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Location in the heart of achrafieh, walking distance to saifi village.
The staff were super welcoming, the location is perfect, and the interior design is just beautiful, every detail feels so well thought out. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Beirut.
Tucked away in the heart of Ashrafieh, Lost Hotel is a rare boutique treasure — a place where elegance meets warmth in the most effortless way. The interiors are tastefully styled with an eye for detail, and every corner feels curated yet inviting.
Unlike many hotels in Lebanon, the bedding here is a dream: plush, indulgent, and perfect for sinking into after a day in the city. Each room has its own air-conditioning unit, so the air remains crisp and fresh — free from the faint trace of smoke that can linger in shared systems.
What truly sets Lost Hotel apart, however, is the people. Sabine and Ann Marie embody genuine hospitality, anticipating needs before they’re voiced, while Ralph and the kitchen team infuse every interaction with warmth — even taking the time to ask how my stay was. It’s this blend of comfort, style, and heartfelt care that makes Lost Hotel a place I’m already dreaming of returning to next year.
