Great vibe and great location. Easy access to so many great neighborhoods with lots of cafes and restaurants and eclectic shops. Weekends get loud but it’s part of the charm of being in the center of it all. And everyone at Lost is great. Always smiling and just wonderful all around

“Lost in Beirut is truly a gem in the heart of the city’s most vibrant street. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make every stay special. A special mention to Roy, Charbel, Feryal, Elie and every staff member who are absolute legends—always accommodating and welcoming with genuine care. As an expat, staying here feels like being at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great hospitality, and a true Beirut experience.”

Great location in Town. Beautiful old buildings everywhere. Great hôtel and restaurant staff. Great décoration. Great snacks food (hummus, sweet potatoes fries). Only downside is linked to Lebanese habit of smoking inside. It ruins things. The day they understand that this is not compatible with food will be a day to célébrate :)

Lost is a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of the fun and lively Gemmayze neighborhood of Beirut. Very convenient to many other areas by foot or taxi. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but efficient. No problems with hot water or air conditioning despite the national power crisis. I don’t believe there is an elevator, so if you cannot handle stairs, this isn’t the hotel for you. Otherwise it’s a very comfortable and budget friendly hotel.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience I had during my recent stay at your establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was truly exceptional. The room was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully appointed, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Moreover, the level of service from your staff was nothing short of outstanding. Every interaction, from housekeeping to the front desk, was characterized by a genuine willingness to assist and a warm, friendly demeanor. Thank you once again for an unforgettable stay. I will undoubtedly be returning on my next visit to Hotel Lost. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Lost to anyone seeking a truly exceptional hospitality experience.

Highly recommended

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The shower products were great and locally made. The housekeeping and staff were very friendly. The bedspread had some stains which are not cleaned - they could be replaced completely. Otherwise I was very satisfied and would book with you again. Thank you very much for the pleasant time.
