This is a nice hotel for this area, but not a 4 star hotel for American standards a 3 star hotel. The staff is very nice and most of them can speak English. Please consider heating the pool, which was ice cold, and make the warm portion of the breakfast better. These improvements will go a long way.

Super nuit pour notre séjour à Bejaia

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel est au petit soin pour ses clients. Un petit goûter est servi tous les jours dans le hall. Un excellent moment au sauna et hammam c’est privatisé et on a adoré.

A la découverte de ma chambre j’ai tout de suite noté des taches sur les oreillers, comme s’ils n’avaient pas été lavés. J’ai donc demandé à la femme de ménage de me les changer et elle m’a indiqué que les tâches ne partaient pas au lavage. Venant d’un prétendu hôtel 4 étoiles c’est choquant ! J’ai réservé trois chambres dans l’hôtel et l’une des deux autres comportait aussi des tâches dans les draps. En rentrant de la plage je m’aperçois qu’il n’y a pas de serviettes dans ma chambre. J’ai dû appeler la réception 5 fois et attendre 1h avec du sable sur moi avant de pouvoir avoir une misérable serviette. Pareil pour le spa, j’ai réservé un créneau à 23h, je demande à la réception des serviettes, le personnel m’assure qu’elles vont arriver, après 20 minutes d’attentes j’ai décidé d’abandonner l’idée de faire un spa. Hôtel 4 étoiles, assez cher, pour un service médiocre, très décevant !

Dans un premier temps, nous etions deçu car lors de notre reservation avec expedia notre demande de trois lits n'avait pas été enregistrée. Mais l'hotel a pu nous ajouter un matelas supplémentaire. Nous avons sejourné du 13 au 14.07.24 l'hotel etait tres propre, la piscine bien entretenue, le responsable du restaurant est tres reactif et veille au bien etre des clients. Merci a l'equipe de l'hotel Atlantis. Nb. Si vous sejournez dans cet hotel n'oubliez pas de profiter du hammam privatisé offert.

Bon hôtel dans le général.

Les chambres communicantes sont correctes . Pas exceptionnel. Il a fallu 3 relances pour avoir la clé de la porte qui permet de communiquer entre les 2 chambres. 2eme chambre pas prête avant 17h ... Bon buffet matinal . Manque énormément de professionnalisme dans le secteur de la piscine ( gestion des transats catastrophique , manque de serviettes , personnel absent ...) L établissement en lui même est super beau surtout la nuit , très illuminé. La propreté est de rigueur. Rien a dire.
