"Unfortunately a lot of things went wrong with our stay first of all they had no elevator to help a handicapped person and no staff to help a handicapped person get their luggage up the stairs once we were in our room we discovered that neither the television remote or the telephone worked we went down to reception to report these two issues and to ask for additional pillows we were told they did not know where there were any extra pillows housekeeping was not available they supposedly put new...

"Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer jeden Tag tip top gereinigt und das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
