"This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night and booked another hotel, leaving this room empty for 2 nights. The toilet did not flush, the bed sheets were stained and the pillows were brown."

"I was amazed with all the service. Keep up the excellent work. All staff are very helpful. I’d like to stay there near my brother’s house until I flight back to USA. But the room was fulled and I have to check out and find another hotel. I came to this area for my brother’s viewing and funeral in Cibubur. My heart is heavy and grieving for the loss of my brother, but I was helped and comfort by the service of this hotel. Thank you for always clean up my bed and give a new towels. Thank you for helping for my laundry also to keep my luggages there while I have to check out and went to Church on Sunday morning. Thank you so much for everything.
