"I enjoyed my room overall. I would’ve liked my room serviced a bit more though. I had to consistently ask for toilet paper, coffee and tea, and fresh towels. I also had to specifically request (in addition to the make up room sign) for housekeeping to come in. The housekeeper was very nice though.
Breakfast was good but I didn’t expect that I’d be limited to one drink and one plate of food off the menu each day. Although the food was good, I was often still hungry after I finished eating....

"Positioned in a transitioning city topology, the hotel does well to accommodate residents. The price is excellent given all they have to offer. There are two restaurants positioned just adjacent to the hotel, one a breakfast and lunch specialty to other a dinner focused establishment"

"The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling...

"The hotel is undergoing much needed renovations. Only some rooms and one of three elevators was being upgraded at the time but the freezing swimming pool needs work. Fortunately I got a renovated room. They've added a rooftop bar which is a plus!"
