"The pool was heated and in a lovely rooftop setting. It was located within a reasonable walking distance to must see areas. An entrance to the "underground" was just across the street. Room was clean and spacious. Free coffee in the lobby."

"The staff are friendly enough, and the room in good condition for the most part. There were some minor issues (an electrical outlet was loose in its socket, there was significant noise seemingly from the vents), but for the most part, it was a pleasant enough stay with several amenities in the building. Being downtown Montreal there were lots of things to do very nearby."

"We had such a lovely stay here! The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and in such a convenient location. We were able to walk to plenty of coffee shops, corner stores, and everything else we needed, and despite being so centrally located, we didn’t find the rooms loud at all or hear much outside noise. The host was absolutely wonderful. We had such nice conversations with her throughout our stay, and when there was a mix-up with our booking, she didn’t hesitate to help us out. She even provided us with a partial refund that was more generous than we ever would have expected. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, happy, and taken care of. We also really appreciated the little communal sitting area, which was perfect when we wanted somewhere to eat or just hang out outside of our room. Overall, this was such great value for the price, especially considering the location and hospitality. If I’m ever back in Montreal, I would 100% stay here again!"

"Pas de stationnement, pas de moyen de rejoindre l’hébergement, j’ai écrit plusieurs messages sans réponse. Un courriel m’a été transmis 5 heures avant 16h avec les instructions. Messages automatiques seulement. J’ai appelé au téléphone à plusieurs reprises et aucune réponse… Finalement, l’appartement était très bien mais beaucoup de stress inutile."
