"Really nice staff and very friendly and attentive staff. After issues with my airport transfer which was organised through the hotel the team went to great efforts to correct the issue and more than made up for this.
Clean room with plenty of water left in the rooms. Good breakfast with a good selection of items. I would recommend for its location and service."
"The hotel offers a transfer from airport to hotel and back that don’t even existe, the room smells horrible. The whole experience has terrível. The hotels structure was great, but not for a four stars hotel. "
"The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better.
My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork.
