"When we got to the hotel they said they don't participate with Hotels.com and refused to accept our voucher even after we showed them both hard copy and email versions of the voucher. No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. "This hotel was a delight to stay for two nights. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to medeu was an excellent addition. The lodge itself was nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. We struggled to get the sauna working on the first night but this was fixed within minutes. The restaurant located on site whilst is aesthetically pleasing is not for everyone’s taste. Room serving options were good though. Overall an enjoyable stay...

"I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating, but it came up short in many areas. The room was comfortable but housekeeping was minimal. I checked in on Sunday and didn't see a fresh towel until Thursday. Bed was never made during my week - long stay. No hot water the last two times I took a shower. Noisy! "Being a first time visitor from Australia I was helped out by the young man who checked me in. He helped me out with all the local restaurants and other places. Especially encouraged me to try the local horse meat. Great choice. Very friendly staff and great location and well kept hotel. Breakfast was also great value and quality. Highly recommend this place. "
