Although the rooms themselves are a bit dated, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, historic property with a warm & attentive staff. A true jewel in downtown Grand Rapids.

The lady at the desk gave me back my second night stay money as we were forced 2 shorten our stay due to bad weather. That was great and thanks to Hilton for allowing that considering circumstances.

Bella Vista Cottages
We stayed at this property for a family members funeral. Communication was prompt when we had questions. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the two upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. The only thing that I would comment on is not having a television in the common area and the Second bathroom ...
