I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and big enough for one person. Water in the shower on the first day was barely warm but it was fine on the second day. Breakfast could be improved

Diaria cara, porém bem localizado. Quarto pequeno mas atende bem. Nao tem serviço de quarto. Sala de passar roupa é muito boa. A maioria dos atendentes bem educados, mas não todos. Café da manhã é pago a parte e é caríssimo. Conta com padarias perto do hotel, farmácia de frente.

Como pessoa com deficiência, solicitei um quarto adaptado. O quarto que me foi dado não tinha nenhuma adaptação. A cama era demasiado alta, não havia barras no box, nem banco. Preciso me banhar sentada e, mesmo após pedir uma cadeira de banho na recepção, não fui atendida. Além disso, a pia era muito alta. Encontrei uma barata no banheiro e não havia lixeira fora do banheiro. Foi a primeira vez que fiquei num Ibis que não tinha um quarto adequado.

Achei a limpeza não muito boa. Matei uma barata no primeiro dia e não tiraram de lá durante os seis dias que fiquei hospedada. Um dos motivos para ficar hospedada neste hotel foi a academia e, para minha surpresa, quando fiz o check in disseram que o espaço estava em manutenção.

Hotel relativamente novo. Quarto pequeno. Chuveiro demorou para esquentar. Não dispõe de toalhas de rosto, apenas banho. Todos os dias o cartão de acesso ao quarto desmagnetizava, sendo necessário ir à recepção. Café da manhã ok. Bem localizado.

Gostei da experiência, mas tive problemas, pois não tive acesso à internet na tv do quarto, somente no celular. Além disso, a limpeza do banheiro deve melhorar, principalmente na limpeza das paredes.
