"Location next to the coffee roaster in town is excellent. Port fairy was a great location to stop. Rebecca’s was a cute little coffee and biscuit shop. Florentine’s were amazing. We did dinner at fish and chips shop at the wharf. Good but take it to go. Park at the end of the point is a must visit."

"I have been traveling for 7 weeks and have stayed in 14+ hotels in N.Z. and OZ. None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!"

The accommodation itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. It really feels like a special place to stay. "I wanted to leave a positive review as I felt the manager genuinely tries their best. There's a total lack of privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. You would want to be in a very confident and comfortable partnership to share this room. There's literally NO privacy at all. The bed is only a double which is a let down, especially with the $400 a night price tag. Breakfast is off site but quire good. "
