We only used this location as its proximity to the Belfast City Airport. Hard to evaluate or give an honest opinion as we were only there for 10 hours. The inside of the building was under construction so there was some mess. No review on breakfast as we left at 3:00 am.

Great parking spot on site not on street, and bus stop is right in front which is very convenience, very responsive staff, and clean room. The drawback is the bed not comfortable we can feel the spring and the pillows are so flat need to be replaced.

Very nice. Good location in nice east Belfast neighborhood. Parking easy, nice full breakfast included. Good service except I had to ask for the room to be serviced on the second day. I guess it felt more like a hotel room, so I expected automatic changing of towels and clean coffee cups. But they were very nice about doing it right away.

We think of a B&B in the traditional way, where someone welcomes you into their home. This was more like an Air B&B, but with continental breakfast supplied. We were lucky enough the first morning to find someone to call a cab for us, but never saw anyone after that except other guests. It was nice to have access to a fridge to keep drinks cold, but we were expecting a homemade breakfast.
