My daughter and I stayed at the hotel on a day trip to Belfast, and I will not stay at another hotel anytime I'm in the city. What an experience! The location, solid. The staff, superb. The rooms, divine. The food, outstanding. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We can't wait to return!

Our recent November stay at Regency House was exceptional, thanks to the incredible team who truly brought the experience to life. The professionalism, warmth, and seamless organisation shown by every member of staff set this hotel apart. Each person added their own personality and skill, creating an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and effortlessly refined. From the moment we booked to the moment we departed, the service was flawless. The team went above and beyond to make our visit and Victoria’s birthday so special. The handwritten card, the dessert, the bottle of fizz, the extended check-out, arrangement of the spa facilities and last but not least, the complimentary cocktail vouchers (a special thank you to Nicky - the cocktails were divine!) were thoughtful touches that meant so much to us. Amazing!! 10-stars. This is not a “Hotel Stay” this is an experience. Super nice rooms and the staff is so friendly. Food is phenomenal, drinks are phenomenal. We didn’t want to leave honestly lol if you have the opportunity to stay here..do it!

We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)! Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing and accomodating. The breakfast was also amazing. However, we had many problems with the room beginning with a door that would not lock and then a broken toilet. We had to move between 2 rooms which was not ideal but i believe this new hotel will work out these problems going forward.

This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!!

My wife and I booked this hotel hoping it would be a very comfortable and romantic place for our wedding. We were not disappointed. Michael, Isabelle and all the staff were as attentive, friendly, professional and thoughtful as we could have hoped for. "I recently stayed at The Regency and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The architecture, design, and finishings of the entire residence was elegant and classically finished all around. And the use of the parlour was a great bonus for us, that we very much enjoyed. Location was beautiful centrally located. Overall, I would highly recommend the The Regency to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The attention to detail and exceptional service truly set this hotel apart from the rest."

Fabulous place to stay and perfect for a family. It was impeccably decorated, incredibly warm and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and a great location.
