"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. "What a wonderful, hidden jewel! If you are looking for a true medieval experience with all the modern comforts THIS IS IT! Right off the bus stop, Montecassiano is a beautiful medieval village, with a historic piazza, typical italian bars to grab a breakfast or apperativo. For dinner, I highly recommend La Taverna San Nicola across the hotel with a fantastic wine selection and a unique presentation of popular polenta dish. Well worth the trip!!"

"We got an unexpected upgrade. The room turned into an apartment. It was clean, comfortable, large, and right next to the city plaza. We had a great night's sleep, and enjoyed strolling the local area. I will definitely book here again. The staff is exceptional!"
