"Lovely hotel in a great location with very helpful staff. Nice room, but awkwardly small bathroom, and could have done with a coffee machine. Enjoyed the stay very much."

"The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. However, the room was not properly cleaned, and there is no air conditioning, making it extremely hot during the heat wave. There is also no elevator, so reaching the 4th floor meant climbing more than 80 stairs. Keep that in mind if you're traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues."

"Sehr gut gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt, alles wichtigste zu Fuß erreichbar. Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig, wahrscheinlich durch doppellte Fenster, auch gut verdunkelt in der Nacht. Parkhaus gleich gegenüber. Der einzige Nachteil für mich war der fehlende Aufzug."

"Awful. We booked the Appartement in the morning for one night on the way home, but it was a disaster and we finally decided to move out again and drive home. The Appartement was smelling slightly, which we could handle, but then we went into the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned at all, hairs and brown spots in and outside the toilet.
