"The General Manager Laurence was a true gentleman. The hotel is situated in a great location, and the perfect setting to explore the city. As a family we did make use of the bar area, and breakfast facilities which were perfect. The kids managed to run around and tire themselves in the lobby... we may have not witnessed the night life of Ghent, but if you're a family looking for a comfortable stay, this is your hotel."

Spend as much time as you can with the reception team as they will direct you to all the best spots in Ghent including where to find the best hot chocolate. They made my holiday perfect."

"The hotel was easy to reach by tram. Sites were close by as well as a number of restaurants. The coffee machine and ability to fill your water bottle at reception were very handy. Rooms were clean and looked to be newly renovated. Common areas were very nice. "
