"Room was ok, but there is no air conditioning, only a fan which is very loud. So it was hard to sleep in the extremely hot weather. Hotel was very understaffed and there was always a massive queue to get help at reception. Also cleaning staff were supposedly available on request, but they did not come after I put in a request. Overall, place is cheap, lobby is nice, room is fine for probably most of the year. As long as there isn't a heatwave outside."

"Great room for a family. Room was tidy, beds were comfy, basics were provided. Check in was a breeze. You can’t beat the location. Easy access to all the main tourist areas and train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Early check in was available for a fee, and we were so grateful for that after a long day of travelling. They have luggage storage lockers available on site (for a very reasonable fee). Would recommend!"

"Overall, I had a good stay. The hostel was clean and in a great central location, making it easy to get around. My only issue was that there was basically no air conditioning, and the rooms rely on open windows. It was fine during my visit, but I could see it getting very hot in warmer weather. "This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was almost empty, with nothing but a bed and a chair. The air conditioning control in the room is basically fake.
