"The check-in/check-out, room and staff were excellent. Two things to point out, 1) the hotel should consider upgrading the toilet paper (very thin) and 2) the food/drinks for Happy Hour on the 7th floor was subpar. Other than items above, we would go back 😊"

"The location was perfect. Walking distance to all site seeing amenities. The room was very clean and tidy. I slept so good. The girl at the front desk (Ana) was very knowledgeable on the area. She saved me time by teaching me to take the ferry instead of driving all the way around."
