"The room was clean & staff friendly. The room and inside of the property is very outdated. The room we (husband & I) were in had weird red/brown spots on the ceiling, the door to our room had gouges in it. There was a vertical rectangle in a part of a wall in our room that looked like a hole was covered. The AC unit is VERY old!"
"There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted."
"The room and amenities were great, and the bed was quite comfortable! It was nice having some shops in the hotel. We enjoyed being close but not too close to downtown, as well as being incredibly close to the Turtle Creek casino. We will certainly be returning!"
