"We arrived around 11 pm ant the room was about 100 degrees hot. Everything in the room was hot to the touch.The heat was on and AC did not worked.. Asked the front desk to change the room and she stated there is no room available but we are free to leave and find another hotel. Took half an hour for her to come up to come up and confirm the AC was not working. Since we were too tired after long drive decided to stay and later regretted as we could not sleep in the hot room. "The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience
Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use
That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

"Pros: cRoom was clean and nice size. Kitchen had everything we have it at home except for food. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and valet were very helpful. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft.
Cons: one side of the hotel is next to train tracks, Friday night we counted four trains and could hear the trains loud and clear. We counted 4 trains pass by our room between 11 PM and 3:30 AM, so we didn’t sleep most of the...

"I wanted a quiet hotel for one night. And that’s what I got. The hotel is a bit off the highway providing a quiet location. The bathroom was clean, the bedding fresh and the ac worked well and ran quietly. I have been it too many hotels where the ac rattled! I missed not having a coffee maker in the room, but it was provided in the lobby. For a budget hotel, I was very pleased. "
