"Breakfast was fine. Staff were very friendly. Front desk staffer extended our check out time by a couple of hours at no extra cost so that we didn’t have to go to the airport any sooner than needed."

"The restaurant at the hotel was overcrowded and they give priority to large group bookings of locals, giving hotel guests the shaft. 1hr for a salmon, and no apology on the delay. Quebecois are not the most corteus in the world, its culturally their french herritage, but this over the top rude."

"Our stat at Aloft was better than I expected. Airport hotels are not usually great. They’ve done a great job insulating the rooms. No plane sounds or sounds from other rooms. The staff at reception on check in was great. Young man, very friendly. Check out not so much. Older lady kind of stand offish. And I speak French. Pool was great. Room a little cold. Pool table in lobby was a great way to pass the time. Only real negative was breakfast was very basic. Walked across street to Sheraton where...

"Options in breakfast wasn't great. Rooms were outdated and in much need of renovations. Checkin person at night seemed dull and was just going through the motions."

"This hotel is in the middle of nowhere with only a restaurant in the adjacent Days Inn. The room was big and well designed and furnished but the shower/tub are an issue, especially for seniors as there is nothing to hang on to in the narrow, slippery and sloping tub when showering. In addition there is no information in the room as to hotel amenities and the airport shuttle does not serve the Dorval Airport VIA rail station. The breakfast was decent."
