"No one was at the office for check in. Note on the door had a number to call and said they would be at another hotel assisting guests Kthere. Initially I called someone answered but hung up straight away. So I called several more times each time saying that no message could be left as the mailbox was full. "Lovely rainforest location! Comfortable rooms and good kitchen facilities. Loved walking in the forest and observing the animals during the nightly feeding. I will note that the shower was frequently cold in the evenings and very low pressure."
