"The staff were very gentle and welcoming. Literally every need had been thought of and taken care of. They provided beautiful hand cream, soap, facial cleanser, wooden toothbrush/comb. Dressing gowns/slippers. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean any incredibly comfortable. A fantastic location with views of Lake Geneva. Breakfast was lovely. Served on what the English would class as afternoon tea towers. On the bottom plate sliced meats and cheese, the second plate jars of fruit salad,...
