The room was mostly great. The bathroom had some issues: the toilet paper holder fell apart and there was grout missing in patches between the tub and the tub surround. :(

Property is very outdated. Hotel smelled, everywhere smelled. I don't know what it is but it is unpleasant. First night after I checked in, was walking to my room, came around the corner and someone had a little square garbage can out by their door and a huge rat leapt out and ran for the hedge across from the door. There were hibachis outside in front of rooms so people are there long term but I never saw anyone and heard very little. It was quiet.

Some cosmetic repairs are needed but overall clean. Beds comfortable. It was busy so more than one front desk person would be helpful. Several times line backed up three or more deep from 6-8pm

Visibly dirty walls, light switches, carpet, bathtub, countertop, everything. It was old, ground-in dirt that tells me this place has been neglected for a long time. We checked in late so didn't have many options and got out of there as fast as we could the next morning, trying not to touch anything.

When we checked in Jasmine was present and she gave us a choice of floors. We went to our room with a Jacuzzi and did not like the smell as it is an older building so she switched me to another floor and it was a little better the place is clean and a little outdated but great for the price. No insects present! Check out is at 11 and I called and they gave me a late check out until 12 free and that was Kurt that helped me out! I think that the staff is great there. I stayed on a Friday night and it was quiet. keep in mind i was on the third floor on a Friday night and it was quiet. Also keep in mind that I was on a third floor. Great stay!

Quality inn not so great on quality
My family stay at this hotel wasn’t the greatest experience. The room was very dated and there was some signs of old mold in the bathroom ceiling. There was even a couple of Rapid damp bags in the room which wasn’t a great sign that our room was in good quality. Breakfast was very disappointing as the selection was small and I could tell that the batter for the waffle maker was watered down. Coffee wasn’t great either. While I would not choose this hotel again, it did help served what my family needed for our last minute need for a hotel at a not so expensive cost.

The location was great, but snow was not plowed around property, making it difficult to drive and it was icy. This was disappointing and made it dangerous to walk around property and drive. I had to put in 4 wheel drive to get in and out . I expected better from Choice hotels/Quality inn.

The clerk at the front check in was rude. The room smelled terrible wet and musty. There were holes in the shower curtain and no tissues in the dispenser.

There was a door to a deck outside and there was a quarter inch gap between the door and the floor. The temperature outside was 9° degrees and blowing. I found a towel and block the draft. Both phones were completely non-functional. Every other channel on the TV did not work. The carpet in the floor was wet but didn’t stink.

The check-in process turned out to be awkward. The tv came on of its own volition at 3:00 am. (I had not ever turned it on and the remote was still across the room by the set. The toilet needed to be flushed several times to be effective, and the accommodations appeared to be a little shabby. Having, said all this, it was not an uncomfortable experience.

Unfortunately, when we entered our room, the two lights next to the bed didn’t work one of the other lights didn’t have a lightbulb. When we brought this to the desk, they said that there wasn’t anyone there for maintenance there continental breakfast had nothing in it with the exception of scrambled eggs that were glazed over and we were asked what room we were staying in before they allow us to go in for the breakfast? This should tell you about the outlying area around the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody unfortunately. There was still even hair in the shower.
