"I had a reservation on Aug 14th but couldn't check in. I filed a claim with Travel Guard, and they said the Hotel said I checked in. Poor service trying to resolve the matter with Tollway; the receptionist couldn't understand what I was saying and hung up."

"The two women at the front desk were engaging, quick to respond and interesting to talk with. They represent the hotel and the company owning the hotel very well. Many thanks. You definitely need a bigger, more visually noticeable sign for the hotel that travelers can find more easiy. It took me a long time to find the entrance and hotel itself."

"We were not able to check in until 6pm. The front desk staff was as hospitable as possible and it was due to staffing. The manager should have been on the premise and upfront to discuss with concerns instead of the staff having to go find her. They stated I would get a credit but so far nothing and it has been a couple of days."

"The hotel was pretty good. We came here for my friend who is legally blind, and Thelma in particular was the best staff member that we talked to she was very patient, understanding, and willing to help. Needless to say she was the reason why we had a great time."

"Great beds and pillows. But, the rooms are cramped. No closet....just pegs on the wall. Tile floors .... which is good...and bad. Because of the smallish rooms, the desk chair is right in front of the heat pump....which makes for air constantly blowing on you. Very small shelves for suitcases. One shelf is over the mini-fridge which makes it challenging to access. The motel was crowded (a couple girls ball teams were there) and the garbage cans were so full inside and outside that people were...

"Very clean and spacious room. This was a last minute trip so I booked the best deal and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! I will definitely choose this location when attending Rockford events."

"The room itself was fine, but the pool area was not great. The jets in the hot tub barely turned on. It was more like a hot bath. There was a birthday party going on, which was also fine, but the garbages were overflowing and was not enjoyable to observe the mess."
