You definitely need a bigger, more visually noticeable sign for the hotel that travelers can find more easiy. It took me a long time to find the entrance and hotel itself."

"I had a reservation on Aug 14th but couldn't check in. I filed a claim with Travel Guard, and they said the Hotel said I checked in. Poor service trying to resolve the matter with Tollway; the receptionist couldn't understand what I was saying and hung up."

"You have to request housekeeping. I didn’t know that. The bedside lamp didn’t work. I didn’t get to report it. Otherwise, clean and pleasant"

"The room itself was fine, but the pool area was not great. The jets in the hot tub barely turned on. It was more like a hot bath. There was a birthday party going on, which was also fine, but the garbages were overflowing and was not enjoyable to observe the mess."
