"Sent to a room that hadnt been cleaned & looked like the last guest was still occupying it! Requested a different room but was already creeped out so I checked out next morning!"

"Pool was very nice and had deep end for adults. Hot tub was good only thing is that when I was there it was closed for 2 out of the 3 days I stayed for cleaning. Breakfast was nice they have better stuff on the weekends such as a waffle maker and biscuits. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Only 2 things I had issues with was the hot tub taking so long to get cleaned and it was very hot on the 3rd level of the hotel. Other than that my stay was amazing...

"This was by far the most horrible dirty and awful customer service hotel we’ve ever had to stay at. EVERYTHING was filthy! They moved us to a second room and it was led filthy but stunk like stale dirty sheets. I pulled all the covers off the bed to make sure they were at least clean and the manager on duty ridiculed me. I also told him that we just wanted our money back and we’d stay somewhere else, he refused. We stayed in the room a very short night and left immediately the next morning to...

"This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. "

"Nice small hotel. Staff was friendly. Hotel is older but clean and decor and amenities have been updated. I do plan on staying there again. "

"The room we were in had a musty smell. The AC/heat unit would not stay on. My husband installs this for a living, so it was not user error. The smell and stuffiness made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was ok. The best part was the kind and helpful ladies at the desk. I do not know if all rooms are like this, but it was not what I expected for the the price we paid. "
