"We love staying at the Abbey resort. I has become one of our summer traditions. However this time was a little disappointing. Our room (along with rooms in our building) lost hot water for 24hrs or so, about halfway through our 2 night stay. It was difficult to shower the kids after the pool, and we decided to make other plans during our stay to keep us out of the hotel. Upon check out we were only refunded our resort fees. "So the guy that check us in was nice. Then we didn’t see any staff the entire time we were there. (3 days, 2 nights) we couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. Which is kinda insignificant but our 5g work well enough. The room was nice, and the interior of the place was clean,seemed recently redone. They are fixing it up, I think they’re on the right path.
