"Room could’ve been cleaner. Walls were scuffed, sheets were clean but under the sheets was what I assume is dog hair. There was a burn mark in the mattress too. The bathrooms and towels were clean. There was a pack of freeports hidden behind the cushion on the window seat which is weird because it’s supposed to be a smoke free room. The TV would randomly turn off, but because stores and restaurants were close in proximity we found other ways to entertain. Parking was close and check in and out...

"First, the staff was very polite and pleasant. This review is no reflection on them. This property is an old hotel with a newer coat of paint and some pictures, but otherwise is a terrible facility. The first room we were assigned had a toilet that did not flush. We were moved to a second room, and the shower in that room did not drain. "Our five night stay was pleasant, but our choice of facility was not appropriate for senior travelers. The Tru by Hilton chain is very miminalistic and much more appropriate for a younger audience. Our handicap accessible room was very spacious but also sparsely furnished in Early IKEA furnishings. There was only a king size bed and one desk chair on rollers in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with adaptations for those with handicapping...
