"We got there early. Although our room was ready, they charged us an extra $20 to check in early. Reluctantly we agreed because our plans had changed because of the weather and we had nowhere else to go. Get to our room and begin to unpack our cooler in the refrigerator. "This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in! Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff super friendly, the room spacious, the bed comfy, and the bathroom and walk-in shower amazing! They serve a fresh breakfast that is over and above. No complaints!"

"We reserved and PAID for a Legacy Suite but got a 2 queen traditional room instead. The hotel blamed it on Expedia but I'm guessing they just over booked it. My wife and I were hoping for a romantic get away, which we are not able to afford much. We were both really disappointed. They didn't adjust our price because we booked through Expedia. On a positive note, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The town in of Beloit, WI is cute with a charming farmers market."
