"Clean, comfortable, hot breakfast, coffee, friendly and helpful staff, regular cleaning of the shared areas - only drawbacks were a tiny bottle of hair conditioner and shampoo - gave me more shampoo when I asked - per policy never changed linens, cleaned room or gave new towels during three day stay - bathroom was very nice and clean but shower ledges (where you set soap and shampoo) had not been cleaned when I arrived - overall a very nice place to stay."
"The temperature in the room was a bit warm and there didn't seem to be any way to adjust the thermostat. Apparently designed that way? The other item would be the one night there were other folks in the adjoining room and we could hear every word said. We had a connecting door to that room which probably aggravated the issue. It's not that they were loud at all, just normal speech came right through. Fortunately they didn't stay up late.
Not trying to be picky but just letting you know. Overall very enjoyable. Especially liked the breakfast coupons. Good food and great service by the restaurant staff."
"I love the Arvon. My room was super clean with all the amenities. Bed was comfy and bedding was incredible. They were understaffed in the restaurant, the Celtic Cowboy, but the food and drinks were great."
