"Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice."

J'ai attendu 2HEURES que l'on m'envoie le code pour récupérer ma clé.Et enfin onm'a dit d'aller voir ailleurs car ils avaient un problème technique. "A fun place to stay. Modern and bright. Room was comfortable with decent space and nice view. Nice location about 10 mins walk from train station and 10+ to the beautiful city center of Annecy. Excellent front desk and housekeeping service."

"This is a horrible place. The first room the dirty towels and unmade bed shocked me. The room we next got had been prepared but the carpet was so dirty around 50% was actually black, the clean towels had stains. The staff are ok. The air conditioning works. The price for what it is is ridiculous. I will never use this hotel again. There is parking in the station car park but it’s very tight and there are dubious people hanging around."
