"Excellent hotel in fantastic location on Loch. Bedroom was good size and nicely decorated and designed, clean and with tea/coffee maker. Bathroom was modern with a large shower cabinet with rain forest shower. The room we had had a seating area outside and a shared terrace looking over the Loch. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice hot breakfast served to your table."

"When we arrived the swimming pool was closed. The primary reason for booking this hotel. No information before arrival. We was informed it had happen unexpexted just before we arrived, however many other guest informed us it was not the case. We don’t know what is correct but special situation.
When we got the room it was so full of mold that we was removed to another room. After 40 minutes of waiting for a proper cleaning we got the new room. We had to ask for some cleaning-tool as windows...
