Excellent check in. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Fantastic View. Public Transport at your doorstep. Pool is great but sunbeds need cushions.

Really nice pool area and small pool bar. Great location for public transport. The room was large nice balcony . Only negative was the bed had little spiders running about and in the pillow. When I informed reception it was logged and received a can of insect repellent to spray on the linen.

Location to Coast was the real positive with 2 small balconies and the large room sizes. However there were some issues. Hot water ran out very quickly and did not get warm again that night with 3 of us still requiring showers, even after waiting. Maintenance only came following morning around 10am by which time the water had warmed up again. The decor and bathrooms are quite dated and need refurbishing. There was peeling paint in bath and the shower holder was loose so shower head kept falling. Also there was no locks on any bedroom or bathroom doors! Though clean there was small ants on the floors. Kitchen had the very basics and was clean, though no deep bowls. There was no iron. Many services such as pool listed additional fees for towels etc. Only TV in main lounge, not smart just standard channels.

This was a great place for us stay, and we were lucky enough to be there when Spain won the World Cup Finals ! The only thing that prevents me from putting a 5-star is the way the parking is handled: the free parking was overpacked, so we took the paid parking option, but having to fetch out of the hotel, try the garage door (which never worked), and have to go all the way through the main sliding door by foot, was not ideal at all.

Clean and tidy apartment, lovely sea view and off-street parking (at no surcharge, a rarity, which itself is a scandal given what other properties charge). Staff really friendly and helpful.

Hotel falsely claims beachfront as there is no beach, its just rocks and there is no beach to enjoy. You have to drive far to get to some other beach. The breakfast option is poor and does not take into account customers from all backgrounds or vegetarian people. They charge for parking when it should be free, half is free and half they force you to pay. They have safe in each room but only give you key to use it if you pay extra €2 per night for safe. This hotel is a conman run hotel. They do not care about their customers. Their staff are very rude, especially night time receptionists. Stay away from this hotel.

La propiedad excelente , habitaciones limpias y espaciosas , la atención en general muy bien solo un encuentro desagradable con una chica que atiende el restaurant buffet en la entrada el día mayo 22/2026 en la noche que fue áspera y grosera con el grupo , debería trabajar en su atención al cliente y sonreír como lo hace con sus colegas de trabajo pero con los clientes , pero todo lo demás excelente , gracias

Was mir gut gefallen das jeden Tag in Pool war Wasser Sport mit gute Laune und Abend gibs live musik und noch jeden Tag Reinigung ins Zimmer wenn die Aufträge hat . Was mir nicht gut gefallen das Müll Eimer wechseln wenn du sagst das deine Küche Mülleimer ist voll bitte wechseln dann dauert das , das müssen die auch noch ändern das mit check in Zeit ist ab 17 Uhr weil nicht jeder Urlauber bucht sein Flug um dieser Uhr Zeit manche ankommen früher und manche kommen spät weil wir um 09:00 Uhr morgen gelandet und 11:00 Uhr waren in Hotel aber bis der Apartment fertiggestellt war haben wir gewartet ja die haben uns für unsere Gepäck ein Zimmer gegeben.aber trotzdem 5 bis 6 std gewartet.sonst Parkplätze sind frei auch auf der Straße. Insgesamt haben wir 2000 für 8 Tagen bezahlt.

We had stayed here a couple of years ago, access card system was poor then but has since gotten much worse, with less than helpful staff, last visit the staff were excellent. Excellent sea view but the double glazing did little to keep out the road noise. Overall very disappointed, we had picked this hotel again because of such an enjoyable experience that we had before, definitely not again.

Es la 3ra vez que reservo hotel que acepte mascotas en Hoteles.com en Flatotel de Benalmadena y cuando llego ademas de cobrarme un adicional por la mascota (sin que me den siquiera un recipiente para agua) me obligan a cambiar a otra habitación con un suplemento de casi el doble x día para darme una hatacion apta para mascotas que es igual a la que en otras oportunidades me han dado aunque no iba con mascota. Falta de shampu y jabón además del soporte de la ducha roto. Tuve que dejar el coche en la calle porque el aparcamiento gratuito estaba completo. Pero el recibo que me envian es solo por la cantidad que contrate con Hoteles.com sin los adicionales. Espero vuestra resolución Gracias

Mouldy shower, photos different from reality

The apartment was spacious, but the shower was mouldy. The sofa bed was ripped. The door separating the bedroom kept banging if the window was open, we blocked it shut with our trolley bag which then got a thick layer of dust. There was no soap in the toilet when we arrived. Whilst it was spacious, it looked very different from the pictures on hotels.com and for me personally had a depressing feel to it. Upon informing the hotel, they said they would clean the shower, they refilled the soap promptly. Then they realised it was mould in the shower and said they would send a technician. I asked to swap rooms and they refused. I asked for a refund for the remaining time, and they said i need to deal with hotels.com. they said if i wanted to move hotels i needed to checkout by 12pm. Then they allowed for 1pm as the technicians to look at the mould hadnt arrived. I contacted hotels.coml who tried contacting the hotel and couldnt get thriugh to the approving manager. Mould is not safe, by this time I was fed up and wanted to move. I was unable to take a shower. Hotels.com eventually agreed to giving me credit to move to another hotel. Flatotel only apologised when i checked out. Ive noticed that when there are issues to do with money, the hotels are not interested in dealing with the customers and point us towards hotels.com. Technicians came to assess the situation. What they ended up doing i dont know, as by that time i was so frustrated id left. no ETA for fix given.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Kanskje litt mange barn i bassenget, men det er et familiehotell så det må man regne med. God frokost, men melken kan ikke sammenlignes med den gode norske. Fin service på dette hotellet.

A primeira impressão foi ótima, pois o hotel é bem localizado, tem uma varanda voltada para o mar, e é espaçoso. Em contrapartida, a cozinha era 50% equipada, faltaram utensílios como colheres para cozinhar, panos, papel, dentre outros. O colchão da cama da sala era muito usado e torto. Os travesseiros muito altos, sem sabonete no lavatório. Não havia amenities e nem detergente para lavar os pratos. Mas o pior estava por vir: havia uma colônia de férias de crianças com mais de 100 adolescentes, impossibilitando o uso da piscina e demais dependências do hotel. E faziam atividades até a meia-noite! Mesmo reclamando do horário na recepção, nada foi resolvido. Dos três elevadores, somente um ou dois funcionavam. O corredor era uma gritaria de crianças o dia todo! Péssima experiência. O hotel poderia ter avisado disso antes. Enfim, não gostaria de voltar nesse hotel. A administração do apartamento é falha!

Hotellet är rätt så gammalt. Krävs bil då det ligger ganska långt bort från centrala staden. Dörren till toaletten gick ej att stänga. När vi kom in till parkeringen, då var dörren öppen och det var bara att köra in, och när vi skulle ut blev vi varse om att vi behövde en polett för att bommen ska öppnas och att det skulle kosta 10 euro per dag. Det kommunicerades inte vid incheckningen om detta.
