"We are requesting a refund of the booking. I have raised concerns and addressed the issues to the hotel staff in private but they insisted that the refund request must be made via Expedia. I am attaching the photos of some of the bad stuff we saw in the rooms last night when we checked in. I wanted to tell them in private so other customers won’t hear about it. These must never happen in a hotel like holiday inns which otherwise usually have good reputation especially the spits on the tiles in...

"Great place to relax before a flight home as location is 6 minutes away from airport. Walkable restaurant location with shopping. Reception was very helpful in recovering cell phone left in a taxi. Bar with optional light meal available as well as dinner place. Plenty of ocean view rooms with a large balcony. Plenty of room space for luggage and personal items. I would recommend this hotel for all of the above reasons, and I didn't even mention the golf! "

"Our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. A delicious buffet breakfast is included with the price featuring an extensive selection of options. We also dined in the hotel restaurant where food was good and there was nightly entertainment. Staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. Yoga on the beach was a highlight."
