"The location and facilities are good enough.
Despite the fact that the Hotel Hacienda has just recently opened, the efforts of the team that you can notice that there are sort of staff there. Special mention to Palma in Housekeeping and Rocio at reception :)
Castellar needed this hotel in the new town as there is another in the old town, about 15 minutes driving away.
Amenities in bathrooms are on demand * upon request*, but if there are bathrobes, they should be sleepers. We understand that...

"Ein unglaublich tolles Hotel, grandios auf den Klippen gelegen mit privatem Zugang zum Strand. Das Essen war super, die Zimmer sind groß und die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind gigantisch. Es ist ein ruhiges Hotel, ausser dem Meeresrauschen vom Atlantik hört man nichts. Ein Traum "

"The swimming pool floating debris should be removed more frequently. There were wasps floating and one managed to stung me. The lifeguards were helpful but it was a maintenance staff responsibility.
The Daia beach food is not good with ‘Calamares fritos’ sticking to each other. No compensation after complaining about it.
Aitana during breakfasts and Marian/Inma for room cleaning were outstanding in their services."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Casa Cuatro Boutique Hotel sehr genossen. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt – zentral, aber dennoch ausgesprochen ruhig. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt modern und stilvoll, und auch unser Doppelzimmer Deluxe Poolside war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel.
Der Pool direkt vor der Tür war ideal, um sich zwischendurch abzukühlen und einfach zu entspannen. Eine echte Wohlfühloase!
Ein Tipp: Wenn möglich, unbedingt die Tiefgarage mitbuchen. Parkplätze an der Haupt-...
