"We had a great first stay here at the Shoreline. When we phoned about a possible early check in we were able to talk to someone directly who helped us. Then when we arrived the person at reception was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Lastly, the pool was clean and a great temperature. We will be back."

"Stayed at this hotel last year was told they would be getting a renovation done did not happen. We had the same room this year as we did last year, the sink in the kitchen leaks water, same issue as last year. None of the ice machines were working. The hot tub was over run with small kids thinking it was another pool. We come here every year but will not be returning to this hotel."

"This place is awful and I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
The room feels dirty, the bath tub didn’t drain and the tv is in front of the bathroom, not in front of the beds. The beds are worn in and uncomfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were both dirty and you are not able to turn the jets on in the hot tub. The walls are thin and the property is run down.
After the first night housekeeping came and vacuumed the floor and made the beds, but they...

"Central location and friendly staff. Air conditioning was cold but noisy so we had to turn it off to sleep. Parking right in front of your room was helpful. Would recommend requesting a room on the top floor if you are a light sleeper. The first night the people above us were quite loud but the other nights were completely fine."
