"Great place to stay in Central Oregon "

"The front desk clerk was rude. I was second in line. She checked in 5 others that came in after me because they were with the first person. All had separate rooms. Only 2 flat little pillows. The shower was like being blasted with a fire hose. "

"Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. "

"Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room. Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and...

"Breakfast was ultimate, room is clean and good enough. While entering to the hotel from parking, there is too much bad smell or urinals."

"Yes to all. The only problem was extremely loud music and voices next door, all in Spanish. The first night it ended by 9 pm, the second night it went on until midnight."
