"Make sure you pay attention to the actual unit you are renting. The main listing photos were for a different unit than ours 321/322 which was pretty dated. Mold on the shower head, show floor stains, partially used paint cans on shelf, dog hair on bed sheets (when raised to staff they did promptly bring clean bedding). Curtains that didn't quite fit the window size causing light to come in.
Great location and view, kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Not a bad place place for under $120...

"The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe."

"This property was supposedly recently 'updated', but the couch/hide a bed in the room was very worn and uncomfortable to even sit on. The mattress was also worn so much you could see the indentations on the mattress where people normally sleep even with the bedspread on. You couldn't adjust the shower head spray at all. The AC in the room was OK once we found you needed to control it at the unit. There was a thermostat in the room but apparently not connected. Won't be staying there again."

"Very easy check-in! The staff was extremely helpful, especially trying to navigate the property, LOL it is quite big. Pool area was clean and kept up well. Wonderful outside pool (may is opening month) and includes an indoor pool with the hot tub inside. On the wall is a large t.v. showing children's shows and movies! Great place to go!!
Only downfall is, they don't have an adult time for hot tub or maybe they could add and adult only hottub?

"Husband was awakened @ 3am then again later in am, plus again in afternoon, actually several times after that, by a high pitch whistling noise that came from the bathroom area. We did notify management, and they said notice was sent to the general manager. This noise ony seem to subside if you flushed the toilet ???
Outside pool could have been maintained better, lots of floating pine needles in it.
The hot tub was hot but there was no obvious way to find where the controls were to turn on the...
