The room was clean and fine. The problem is the people around us were making noise all night long. The walls seem to not block much noise.Tried calling front desk but could not get ahold of anyone. I was so frustrated when I got the call 30min before checkout making sure we would be gone, I just wanted to leave. When trying to check out we waited 20min at the front counter and were finally greeted by a housekeeper who didn’t seem to know much so we handed over the key and left. We were so tired we booked another hotel to sleep for a few hours because we did not feel safe driving back home the 4 hours after a night of no sleep. Wont be back.

Room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Great location across from Mill District shops and dining. Plenty of hotel parking and not too far to walk. Room was quiet. Appreciated the full size refrigerator and freezer, cooktop, microwave, and toaster. Our only complaint was the intensity of the glowing green light on the smoke detector directly above the bed. It was as bright as an emergency exit sign and impossible to ignore.

The room was nice enough, but we paid for a kitchenette and then whenever you need anything kitchen related you have to ask the front desk. The kitchen is completely empty. So it’s not super convenient. Also, I think my biggest frustration of all is that we 100% left a portable charger there that we had just purchased.. and they weren’t honest enough to return it. So someone on their staff obviously isn’t truthful and that doesn’t make me trust staying there again unfortunately.
